Information for Vendors

Show Dates & Times:
Thursday, October 8, 3-8:30pm
Friday, October 9, 11am-9pm
Saturday, October 10, 9am-9pm
Sunday, October 11, 11am-6pm

Deposit: A $75.00 refundable deposit will be requested along with the Application and Vendor fees, provided each booth space is still in order and not torn down prior to 6:00 pm. Please make a separate check for deposit to ensure a refund on Sunday, October 11th. If the vendor wishes to tear down their booth prior to 6:00 pm, they will forfeit the deposit.

Location: Seguin-Guadalupe County Coliseum, 950 S Austin Street, Seguin TX 78155.

Security: The back door of the loading dock will be locked at all times, other than during the setup on Wednesday and Thursday, prior to 3:00 pm. In addition, police officers will be walking around during open hours of the Coliseum and will be on hand at the close of each day to secure the building.

Booth Fees for entire (4) days:
Single Space 8 x 10 - $115.00
Double Space 8 x 20 - $185.00
Triple Space 8 x 30 - $255.00

Insurance: Vendors MUST provide proof of insurance naming the Guadalupe County Fair Association and the City of Seguin as an additional insured on their policy during the (4) days while at the coliseum, October 8 - 11th. If you do NOT have insurance then a Certificate of Insurance can be provided to you by our insurance company for an additional cost of $70.00. If you do not provide a Certificate of Insurance or pay the additional fee to obtain one, you will NOT be allowed to participate in the Trade Fair & Expo, no exceptions.

Booth Setup:
Wednesday, October 7, 4-8pm
Thursday, October 8, 9am-3pm
There will be no continuous parking at the back loading dock behind the Coliseum. The loading dock is meant for loading and unloading only, all others will be towed at their expense.

Booth Take Down: Sunday, October 11 @ 6pm. Please do not tear down your booth prior to 6:00 pm or you will forfeit your deposit of $75.00 and jeopardize your right to a booth space the following year. Thank you for your cooperation.

EVENTS & ATTRACTIONS

The Randy Rogers Band: RRB combines traditional country sound with rollicking, swagger influenced by by rugged sounds from such diverse sources as Waylon Jennings and Stone Temple Pilots. Opening for RRB are the high energy twin guitars, soulful vocals and unstoppable rhythm of Whiskey Myers.

Honor Breast Cancer Survivors: Please proudly wear your Pink! The Guadalupe County Fair Association will be making a donation to Relay For Life of Guadalupe County for each person wearing Pink on Saturday, October 10.

See Miss Rodeo Texas: Devin Felger, a New Braunfels native, was crowned Miss Rodeo Texas 2009 on June 26 in San Antonio.

Fair Parade: Downtown Seguin will be packed with people when the parade kicks off at 10am.

Trade Fair & Expo: Check out businesses and individuals selling & promoting their products.

Kids Corral/Playday Activities: Free activities for the whole family! Games, prizes, contests, arts & crafts...and much, much more.

Agriculture in Action: A Laboratory of Learning presented by Animal Specialties, including a farm animal petting zoo, cow milking, calves, chick hatching and poultry exhibits.

Country Store: Offers for sale home and canned items, fresh baked goods, as well as handcrafted items, sewing, paintings, crocheted pieces.
