If downloading the application, send completed application, appropriate booth fees and a $75 separate deposit check (to ensure a refund Sunday Oct. 9, 2011) to Guadalupe County Fair Association, PO Box 334, Seguin, TX 78156. All checks should be made payable to Guadalupe County Fair Association.

Show Dates & Times:
Thursday, October 6, 3-8:30pm
Friday, October 7, 11am-9pm
Saturday, October 8, 9am-9pm
Sunday, October 9, 11am-6pm

Deposit: A $75.00 refundable deposit will be requested along with the Application and Vendor fees, provided each booth space is still in order and not torn down prior to 6:00 pm. Please make a separate check for deposit to ensure a refund on Sunday, October 9th. If the vendor wishes to tear down their booth prior to 6:00 pm, they will forfeit the deposit.

Location: Seguin-Guadalupe County Coliseum, 950 S Austin Street, Seguin TX 78155.

Security: The back door of the loading dock will be locked at all times, other than during the setup on Wednesday and Thursday, prior to 3:00 pm. In addition, police officers will be walking around during open hours of the Coliseum and will be on hand at the close of each day to secure the building.

Booth Fees for entire (4) days:
Single Space 8 x 10 - $215.00
Double Space 8 x 20 - $275.00
Triple Space 8 x 30 - $345.00

Booth payments:
May be made by check payable to: Guadalupe County Fair or by credit card (Visa or MasterCard).

Insurance: Vendors may provide proof of insurance, naming the GUADALUPE COUNTY FAIR ASSOCIATION AND THE CITY OF SEGUIN, as additional insured on their policy for, October 6-9, 2011, with application.

Booth Setup:
Wednesday, October 5, 4-8pm
Thursday, October 6, 9am-3pm
There will be no continuous parking at the back loading dock behind the Coliseum. The loading dock is meant for loading and unloading only, all others will be towed at their expense.

Booth Take Down: Sunday, October 9 @ 6pm. Please do not tear down your booth prior to 6:00 pm or you will forfeit your deposit of $75.00 and jeopardize your right to a booth space the following year. Thank you for your cooperation.

EVENTS & ATTRACTIONS

Kevin Fowler: The name Kevin Fowler always means a full house and cheering crowds. Calling Kevin "country rock" sounds too tame. "Southern country" might be closer to the soul of his hybrid of Southern rock and country music. It's the preferred music of a new generation of country fans.

Kyle Wayne Kutscher Band: The Kyle Wayne Kutscher Band, based out of San Marcos, has been cranking out a unique brand of Texas music since Kyle's college days at Texas Lutheran University. The rich black soil of Zorn, Texas where Kyle grew up has inspired songs that dig into your soul and created a movement - Texas Black Dirt Country Music.

Honor Breast Cancer Survivors: Please proudly wear your Pink! The Guadalupe County Fair Association will be making a donation to Relay For Life of Guadalupe County for each person wearing Pink on Saturday, October 8.

Fair Parade: Downtown Seguin will be packed with people when the parade kicks off at 10am.

Trade Fair & Expo: Check out businesses and individuals selling & promoting their products.

Kids Corral/Playday Activities: Free activities for the whole family! Games, prizes, contests, arts & crafts...and much, much more.

Zoofari Animal Adventures: A highly charged, interactive show with live animals and music presented by CampJunction Exotic Zoo
