Dear Potential PRCA Rodeo and Ranch Rodeo Sponsor:

The Guadalupe County Fair Association would like to take a few moments of your time to thank you for your interest in supporting our Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) Rodeo, our Ranch Rodeo and our Guadalupe County Fair.

This year we will be celebrating our 127th Annual County Fair. Additionally, for the fifth year in a row, the Guadalupe County Fair and Rodeo has been named the Best City or County Event by the readers of the Seguin Gazette Enterprise.

The Guadalupe County Agricultural and Livestock Fair Association was incorporated in 1976 to support and encourage agricultural, horticultural and stock farming through the production of the county fair and exhibits of stock and farm products. We accomplish this through the activities of the association which provide educational opportunities to the general public, provide educational opportunities to the youth of the area by granting scholarships to students enrolled in agricultural or livestock studies, and by stimulating the economic activity in Seguin and the Guadalupe County area through the attraction of visitors to the various activities promoted by the Association. This year the Association will provide nearly $5,000 to students in agriculturally related education programs. We are a 501(C) (3) non-profit association under the Internal Revenue Service Codes. We will provide a tax ID number upon request.

We are pleased to welcome back the six-years running winner of the PRCA Stock Contractor of the Year Award, Stace Smith Pro Rodeo Company. Stace Smith Pro Rodeo consistently provides us with outstanding stock for our spectator's enjoyment. Our specialty act this year is professional rodeo clown and barrelman Cody Sosebee. This act promises to be an exciting and fun filled performance.

This year we are also hosting our third professional ranch rodeo. The ranch rodeo is produced by Triple R Rodeo Company of Pearsall, TX. These Rodeos have become extremely popular lately. Triple R Rodeo hosted their ranch rodeo finals the last Sunday of the San Antonio Livestock Exhibition in front of a packed house. Our ranch rodeo will be held October 1st and 2nd, 2010.

Listed below are some options we have for sponsoring our PRCA Rodeo and the associated costs for 2010:

Box/Reserved Seating Add On: $300 - Reserved seating available in groups of 6 seats. These optional seating packages are limited to our sponsors purchasing one of the following sponsorship packages and dependant on availability. Two rodeo and 2 hospitality room tickets are provided with each sponsorship package unless a box/reserved seating package (6 seats) is specified. Four additional rodeo and 4 additional hospitality room tickets (two nights) come with the first Box/Reserved Seating add on package. All 6 seats in this package are then box/reserved seating. Additional Box/Reserved Seating add on packages may be available and include 6 box/reserved seating tickets and 6 tickets for each of the two nights of hospitality room festivities.

Rail Sign: $500 - Includes an approx. 2' X 8' sign, 2 tickets to each rodeo performance (three nights), and 2 tickets to the hospitality room (two nights). Box/Reserved Seating add on optional (if available).

Large Rail Sign: $800 - Includes an approx. 4' X 6' sign, 2 tickets to each rodeo performance (three nights), and 2 tickets to the hospitality room (two nights). Box/Reserved Seating add on package optional (if available).

Event Sponsor: $1,100 – Includes an approx. 2' X 8' sign, 6 tickets to each rodeo performance (three nights) with box/reserved seating, 6 tickets to the hospitality room (two nights), and announcement each night of the rodeo as the event sponsor (typically before and after the event). Additional Box/Reserved Seating add on packages are optional (if available).

Bucking Chute Sponsor: $1,200 - Includes an approx. 4' X 5' sign on the respective bucking chute, 6 tickets to each rodeo performance (three nights) with box/reserved seating, 6 tickets to the hospitality room (two nights), and announcement of your business each time stock is "bucked" from your chute. Additional Box/Reserved Seating add on packages are optional (if available).

The following are the sponsorship options for our ranch rodeo and the associated costs for 2009:

Platinum Sponsor: $4,000 – Sponsors will receive 12 tickets to the Ranch Rodeo; 12 VIP Parking Passes and Special designated VIP seating. Also included will be 8 tickets per night to the PRCA Rodeo, October 7, 8 & 9, 2010. You will also receive a banner promoting your business in the arena, recognition in the program, announced during the Ranch Rodeo, as well being recognized in our radio and print advertising.

Gold Sponsor: $3,000 – Sponsors will receive 10 tickets to the Ranch Rodeo; 10 VIP Parking. Also included will be 6 tickets per night to the PRCA Rodeo, October 7, 8 & 9, 2010. You will also receive a banner promoting your business in the arena, recognition in the program, announced during the Ranch Rodeo, as well being recognized in our radio and print advertising.

Silver Sponsor: $2,000 – Sponsors will receive 8 Tickets to the Ranch Rodeo. Also included will be 4 tickets per night to the PRCA Rodeo, October 7, 8 & 9, 2010. You will also receive a banner promoting your business in the arena, recognition in the program, announced during the Ranch Rodeo, as well being recognized in our radio and print advertising.

Ranch Rodeo Sponsor: $1,000 – Sponsors will receive 6 Tickets to the Ranch Rodeo. Also included will be 4 tickets per night to the PRCA Rodeo, October 7, 8 & 9, 2010. You will also receive a banner promoting your business in the arena, recognition in the program, announced during the Ranch Rodeo, as well being recognized in our radio and print advertising.

Event Sponsor: $500 – Sponsors will receive 4 tickets to the Ranch Rodeo, recognition in the program, and will be announced during Ranch Rodeo. Announcements are typically made before and after the event.

Sponsors: $250 – Sponsors will receive 2 tickets to the Ranch Rodeo, recognition in the program, and will be announced during Ranch Rodeo.

Donors: $100 – Recognition in the program.
