Participants should submit one scrapbook with a minimum of 10 pages. Scrapbooks must be bound and no larger than 20in. x 20in. All pages must have page protectors.
All entries in the Home Arts Division will be accepted on a merit basis and must remain in the Exhibit Hall until Sunday, October 9. Release time is between 4 & 6 p.m. There will be NO exceptions to the rule. Please refer to the Home Arts Division for additional rules and prizes.
