PLAYDAY ACTIVITIES!

The FREE Playday Activities will be held Friday, October 8 from 11:30am until 3pm on the dance slab.

This year will be exciting as ever with tons of things to do. We Will have games, contests and arts & crafts. Prizes to be awarded throughout the afternoon.

FIRST AID

Did your child fall down and get a boo-boo? Did your contacts dry out? Do you have a blister? Did a bug bite you? Help is available to clean and bandage that boo-boo, wash the dust off your contacts, cushion that blister, and stop the itching from the bug bite. The First Aid Supply Distribution Station will be located in the Hall of Fame building. Volunteers will hand out bandages, ice packs, saline solution, and variety of other supplies so you can take care of any first aid needs that arise while you are enjoying the fair. Several of the Lions Clubs from Guadalupe County are providing the volunteers to staff the First Aid Supply Distribution Station. The Fair Association thanks them for their assistance.

EVENTS & ATTRACTIONS

Kevin Fowler & Aaron Watson: The name Kevin Fowler always means a full house and cheering crowds. Calling Kevin "country rock" sounds too tame. "Southern country" might be closer to the soul of his hybrid of Southern rock and country music. It's the preferred music of a new generation of country fans. And don't miss Aaron Watson. With an uncanny knack for mixing great songs and unforgettable performances, Watson has grown into an unstoppable force in Texas Music.

Honor Breast Cancer Survivors: Please proudly wear your Pink! The Guadalupe County Fair Association will be making a donation to Relay For Life of Guadalupe County for each person wearing Pink on Saturday, October 9.

Fair Parade: Downtown Seguin will be packed with people when the parade kicks off at 10am.

Trade Fair & Expo: Check out businesses and individuals selling & promoting their products.

Kids Corral/Playday Activities: Free activities for the whole family! Games, prizes, contests, arts & crafts...and much, much more.

Agriculture in Action: A Laboratory of Learning presented by Animal Specialties, including a farm animal petting zoo, cow milking, calves, chick hatching and poultry exhibits.

Country Store: Offers for sale home and canned items, fresh baked goods, as well as handcrafted items, sewing, paintings, crocheted pieces.
